For the most part this is a cute romance where two former high school students reunite a few years after high school, by chance. The one guy is gay and has long had a crush on his former classmate. For the most part this is a cute romance where two former high school students reunite a few years after high school, by chance. The one guy is gay and has long had a crush on his former classmate. The other guy had left his hometown, but when he returns home they reconnect and a friendship forms (at first, he didn't remember his former classmate). Things go at a fairly calm and happy pace. Around episode 8 they add in some drama that really wasn't needed, but they get past that and have a happy ending. However, if this were real life I'm not sure they would go the distance. The gay guy is very demanding of the other guy. When his friend, who has always lived a straight life, admits that he's trying to figure things out (about his orientation) and is trying to talk to the gay guy about his feelings, the gay guy walks away from him as he wasn't really to fully commit. This happens several times throughout the series. The gay guy walks away several times whenever he didn't get the answer he wanted, putting more stress on his friend.
