Submitting a takedown notice
If you own the rights to a work and believe a link on this site infringes those rights, send a notice through the contact page including all of the following:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL or URLs on this site that you are asking us to remove
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
Valid notices are actioned within 72 hours. We remove the reported link from our index. Because the file itself sits with a third party host, you will also need to contact that host directly to have the file taken down at source.
Incomplete notices
A notice missing any of the six items above cannot be processed. We will reply asking for the missing detail rather than acting on a partial request.
